Job Responsibilities :
Industry-specific operations: Analyse advertiser data from various industries and identify key strategic actions for each industry (e.g., product usage, signal feedback, ad creative, etc.). Clarify tracking indicators and work with the sales team to track weekly to achieve revenue targets.
Product operations: Work with the product and sales teams to test and introduce new products. Build a data tracking dashboard to clearly understand customer usage feedback. Extract key improvement points and feed them back to product development to improve penetration and increase revenue.
Event period operations: Through data analysis, identify customer segments with the potential for increased revenue during the holidays. Work with strategy and product teams to develop incentives and create content for customers to drive cyclical revenue growth and standardise event period operation strategies.
Job Requirements :
Experience in office work.
Accustomed to working fully online.
Ability to communicate smoothly via text.
2–3 years of experience working in the Internet advertising industry. Understands basic advertising knowledge and key performance indicators (e.g., CPA, ROI, CPM, CVR, etc.) and understands the advertising flow and model of at least one industry.
