Your new role
you will be responsible for developing and implementing the GTM strategy across our strategic wholesale partners, DTC retail stores, social and brand paid media. This passionate and confident leader will lead a team of 3 experts owning the pre-season GTM planning for the channels including visual merchandising planning, sell-in support as well as in-season channel and consumer brand initiatives including POPs, window graphic change-outs, in-store brand experiences, wholesale account promotions, digital content and channel planning.
What you'll need to succeed
- 8+ years related marketing experience including trade, retail, product and digital marketing
- People management experience is a must
- Experience organizing and supporting online and physical presence with wholesale accounts or directly owned stores, executing marketing initiatives around consumer-driven objectives
- Managing multiple projects and developing project plans and managing budgets
- Proven networking and relationship-building experience required
- Footwear/retail experience preferred.
- Experience and/or interest in running, fitness, lifestyle (fashion, sneakers) or outdoors preferred
