Your new role

• Provide high‑quality technical support for thermal analysis software used in electronics, PCB, and semiconductor package design.
• Troubleshoot customer issues using integrated simulation platforms and deliver timely, accurate solutions.
• Collaborate with product development teams by sharing customer feedback, enhancement requests, and participating in field testing of new releases.
• Deliver product demonstrations, webinars, and training sessions to support customer adoption and contribute to sales and marketing initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Physics; Ph.D. welcome.
• Hands‑on experience with thermal simulation tools (e.g., Icepak, Mechanical, HeatDesigner, FloTHERM) in industry or academia.
• Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Ability to automate engineering workflows using Python, C#, JavaScript, or similar languages.
