Your new role
- Design and administration of salary and bonus programs
- Alignment of performance evaluation systems with compensation structures
- Planning and management of employee benefits programs (insurance, allowances, various schemes)
- Office management, including supplies, layout, and contract administration
- Support for planning and organizing internal events and company-wide meetings
- Establishment of systems for occupational health and safety, risk management, and compliance
What you'll need to succeed
3–5 years of HR experience
Fluent in Japanese, Immediately English
