The largest global regulatory solutions and services company is hiring in a "Business Development" role.
- Research/Information Gathering - about clients, market trends, market players, Highly responsive to the clients
- Reaching out to Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, Cosmetics, Chemicals and Food Supplement companies in Intended Markets to identify new business opportunities ·
- You will be expected to be a part of webinars and other promotional events emphasising local Intended Markets regulatory expertise.
- You will be expected to arrange business development meetings with prospective clients.
- You will be expected to maintain excellent relations with the client and also travel to meet the client, if required.
- Work collaboratively with other colleagues to increase sales within the life sciences industry. Responsibilities include full cycle sales including: target identification, securing and managing client meetings, listening and understanding client needs, addressing client concerns/objections, working with the Subject-Matter Experts in defining opportunities, proposing solutions, negotiating, obtaining SOWs and closing the deal.
- If you enjoy: Identifying and cultivating business opportunities, responding to customer requirements and helping craft insightful, high-quality solutions to solve complex business challenges.
- Designing and implementing account strategies and coordinating with internal teams to deliver sustainable and profitable growth for new clients and existing key accounts. Building the "Sales Engine" for Freyr in respective country, designing and implementing processes and best practices and hiring new team members to build a highly successful commercial team.

- Master’s Degree or Bachelor's in Pharma
- Previous team management experience, with proven leadership skills
- Excellent communication in English.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, highly responsible.
