Your new role

• Collaborates with the Marketing Manager to develop forecasts, strategies, and actionable global plans aligned with the brand's goals.
• Leads brand campaigns, activating trade marketing and PR through cross-functional teams, ensuring effective execution.
• Monitors brand performance, analyzes market trends, and adjusts strategies using consumer insights and metrics for improvement.
  
  

What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ years of relevant marketing experience

• Forward-thinking and entrepreneurial mindset

• Effective use of data and insight to inform business plans and decisions

• Japanese and English; able to build stories and explain business plans and results in a clear, concise, and visually appealing manner.
