Join our team as a BD Director / Executive Director and help drive the growth of our insurance business in Japan! As a key member of our BD team, you will have the opportunity to work with top-tier clients and contribute to the development of our Japan strategy.

Your new role

• Develop and maintain a thorough plan for targets, ensuring proper execution using all the company resources
• Stay up to date on the latest market trends and share your knowledge with others
• Identify and close reinsurance deals, negotiating and structuring agreements that reflect client and the business objectives
• Lead and manage client teams, collaborating with our other stakeholders on client negotiations as well as internal processes
• Provide clear direction to the marketing support team, ensuring they have the information they need to succeed

What you'll need to succeed

We're looking for someone with a bachelor's degree and deep professional knowledge of life insurance products, as well as excellent PC skills and strong communication and presentation abilities in English. In addition, you should be a team player with strong negotiation skills and a self-starter who can work independently.
