Your new role

  • Coach and mentor engineers and product engineers
  • Assist Engineering Manager
  • Plan and execute product design and development functions
  • Interface with customer engineering
  • Ensure compliance with validation and product test requirements
  • Responsible for the design, prototype components.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Business level Japanese and English (MUST)
  • Experience in automotive industry (5+ years)
  • Experience in product design (3+ years)
  • Customer knowledge/understanding of customer requirements.


What you'll get in return

Salary up to 6~8M JPY depending on experience and skills
