Exciting Challenges
Report to the country's sales leader and sales team for periodical data analysis.
Preparation of weekly, monthly, and annual reports from internal databases.
Supporting a sales team for forecast & trend analysis.
Client communications (B to B) quotations and other documents (making use of SAP, Excel, webED)
Inventory management and regular business communications with sales team, CSRs, DRPs
DRP planning and confirmation of manufacturing information (dates, etc.)
Document translations, revisions, preparations as needed.
Team communication for general affairs related work (internal & external partners).
Key Skills
Bachelor’s degree / University degree
Office administrative, back-office support experience
Candidates with comparable experience, knowledge and skills will be considered.
Native Japanese, business English
Computer skills and IT knowledge (professional proficiency using Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Excellent internal / external customer service skills.
