Your new role
- Act as the primary admin point of contact for the Japan office
- Manage day‑to‑day office operations and vendor coordination
- Support onboarding and offboarding (IT coordination, equipment handling)
- Liaise with HR, IT, and Finance teams on administrative matters
- Maintain office equipment and manage suppliers
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in office management, general administration, or similar standalone roles
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable supporting senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams
- Proactive, self‑driven, and confident managing priorities
- Collaborative mindset with a respectful, non‑hierarchical working style
