- Test driver on test courses/special environmental facilities, etc.
- Creation of test specifications (test scenarios, cases, management, planning, specifications)

- Definition, documentation, and calculation of performance KPIs and statistical/trend analysis.
- Creation and reporting of evaluation reports, including functionality, performance, and validity.
- Creation and management of issue reports and tickets/feedback to design, etc.
- Formulation of evaluation plans, evaluation items, and criteria for business operations.
- Improvement of various evaluation tools and simulations, etc., and extraction of design requirements, etc.
- Preparation of test/evaluation equipment and vehicle testing using related tools.
- Other proposals for business improvements, etc.

What you'll need to succeed

Requirements
- Self-motivated approach to various challenges (self-starter)
- Ability to communicate in Japanese
- Experience in verifying and evaluating vehicle control, functionality, and performance evaluations, either from the vehicle or perception perspective
- Experience in development, evaluation, CI/CD acquisition, data management, and operation using cloud services
- Ability to isolate and resolve software/hardware/vehicle issues
- Experience in evaluations based on development processes. AGILE, and DR
- Experience understanding and implementing test protocols for various.

- Required tool experience: RT-Range, Humanetics, AD-Dynamics,
