About the Role
An exciting opportunity to join a strategic onboarding team responsible for institutional client transitions, product launches, and account setup activities. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy project management, stakeholder coordination, and working across international teams.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate institutional client onboarding and account transitions
  • Support new product launches and account restructures
  • Manage account and portfolio master data
  • Provide product and AUM information for reporting and marketing purposes
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience within financial services
  • Asset management or investment operations experience preferred
  • Strong English and Japanese communication skills
  • Excellent coordination and project management abilities
