Your new role
- Lead and oversee all HR functions including recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and HR operations
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Drive organizational development, culture initiatives, and change management projects
- Manage workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and performance issues
- Develop and improve HR policies, processes, and governance frameworks
- Lead and mentor the HR team
What you'll need to succeed
- 10+ years of HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor regulations
- Proven experience in organizational development and change management
- Ability to work closely with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Business-level English and native/fluency in Japanese (if applicable)
