Your new role

As Regional Security Manager – Japan (Japan is considered a region on its own), you will be responsible for all facets of physical security operations throughout Japan. Duties will include: protection of AIG employees, clients and assets and execution of AIG’s security, risk investigation and crisis management protocols. You will lead a team of 6 security specialists, who are responsible for physical access provisioning, guard force oversight, and security projects / equipment maintenance. You will report regionally and work closely with local stakeholders, local security organisations and embassies.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Min 5–8 years in a senior security role with a global company, ideally in Japan
  • Min business level Japanese and English
  • Connections with Japanese government security agencies
