Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Representative to drive new business growth and strengthen relationships with existing clients. This role involves identifying customer needs, proposing effective solutions, and contributing to revenue expansion. The ideal candidate combines strong communication skills with a passion for problem‑solving and customer success.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities through outbound and inbound activities.
- Manage and grow existing accounts by understanding client needs and proposing appropriate solutions.
- Conduct product/service presentations, demos, and consultations for prospective customers.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline while meeting monthly and quarterly targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Customer Success, Product, etc.) to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms within company guidelines.
- Track and report sales activity using CRM tools.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management (industry flexible).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B sales or solution-based selling.
- Familiarity with SaaS products / hospitality / real estate / manufacturing (customize as needed).
- Track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable recommendations.
