Your new role
Manage recruitment activities, including handling candidates, supporting interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring process
Lead onboarding and offboarding processes to provide a positive employee experience
Handle payroll inputs, benefits, attendance, and other HR operations with accuracySupport employee relations by responding to HR enquiries and helping resolve issues
Drive performance management processes and support learning and development activities
Ensure compliance with labor regulations and update internal policies when needed
Participate in HR projects that enhance culture, engagement, and organizational effectiveness
What you'll need to succeed
1–3 years of HR experience (generalist, HR operations, or similar role)
Understanding of HR practices and Japanese labor laws
Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving skills
Native-level Japanese, reading and writing English
Ability to work proactively and support a growing, fast‑moving organization
