A global consumer goods company with a strong international supply chain network is seeking an experienced Procurement & Import Operations Expert. The organisation partners with overseas factories and OEM suppliers to deliver high-quality products to the Japan market. The environment is fast-paced, international, and highly collaborative.

Your new role

You will manage end-to-end overseas procurement and import operations, covering contract negotiation, incoterms, purchasing, logistics coordination, and import clearance. Responsibilities include supplier management, KPI monitoring, ocean freight tendering, inventory registration, and collaborating with 3PL partners. You will also support new product sourcing, oversee freight budgets, manage EPA/FTA matters, and coordinate with overseas markets (Korea/Australia).

What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ years of overseas procurement and trade operations experience, including Incoterms and three‑country trade
• Experience with import documentation, forwarder coordination, customs processes, and freight tenders.
• Strong understanding of EPA/FTA regulations and import compliance.
• ERP experience (AX preferred), plus strong Excel and general PC skills.
• Business-level English (目安：TOEIC 800+) and excellent communication skills.
• Proactive mindset, analytical thinking, and strong organizational ability
