Your new role

As a Mechanical Parts Procurement Leader, you will play a central role in managing the sourcing and procurement of mechanical components used in high‑precision medical products.
You will oversee suppliers, lead QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) improvement initiatives, manage procurement operations, support team members, and strengthen partnerships with both domestic and overseas manufacturing sites.
This role includes both hands‑on procurement activities and leadership responsibilities in guiding the procurement team, addressing operational issues, and driving process improvements.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Strong knowledge of mechanical parts manufacturing methods (machining, sheet metal, molding, press components, etc.)
  • 5+ years of direct material procurement experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience in supplier negotiations, delivery management, and handling quality issues
  • Team leadership experience (2–5 members) including training, guidance, and process standardization
  • Ability to work across multiple factory locations when needed
  • Preferred: experience in design, manufacturing engineering, SQ, or procurement process reforms
  • A collaborative, adaptable mindset with strong ownership and communication skills
