To further strengthen compliance and accuracy in statutory reporting, the business is seeking a capable Financial Controller to lead Japan’s financial control and tax operations.

Your new role

As the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for statutory accounting, taxation, financial control, and regulatory compliance. You will partner with headquarters, Global Business Services (GBS), and external advisors to ensure accuracy, integrity, and alignment with both local requirements and global standards.

What you'll need to succeed

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Strong experience in financial controlling, statutory accounting, and taxation
Deep understanding of Japanese GAAP and local tax regulations
