You’ll join at an early stage where your impact will directly shape internal operations, governance workflows, and office foundations as the business scales.

Your new role

  • Manage daily general affairs and office operations (supplies, vendors, facilities)
  • Oversee contract, documentation, and company record management
  • Improve internal workflows and administrative processes
  • Support finance operations (invoice processing, payments, documentation)
  • Coordinate HR-related tasks including onboarding and administrative support
  • Manage governance activities: board meetings, agendas, and minutes

What you'll need to succeed

  • Hands-on experience in General Affairs / Admin / Back Office
  • Business-level Japanese; English or Chinese communication preferred
  • High attention to detail with reliable task execution
  • Self‑starter who can organise work, prioritise, and act independently
