Position Title: Marketing Specialist
Department: CVC(Customer Value Creation) & Marketing Reports to: Marketing Manager, Japan

Role Overview
The Marketing Specialist supports the CVC marketing team by delivering high‑quality operational assistance across project and event coordination, content creation, localization, digital asset management, data analysis, and campaign execution. This role ensures that marketing initiatives are completed efficiently, aligned with brand guidelines, and delivered with accuracy and speed. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical thinking are essential to support data‑driven decision‑making and continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
1. Project / Event Coordination
  • Prioritize tasks based on deadlines and urgency to enable smooth execution of seminars, webinars, exhibitions, and VIP events.
  • Provide quick, professional, and flexible responses to requests from team members and cross‑functional partners.
  • Maintain organized workflows and assist in preparing materials for meetings, campaigns, and internal reviews.
  • Serve as the single source of truth for external agencies, ensuring accurate and up‑to‑date tracking of progress and status.
2. Content & Creative Support
  • Select suitable images and videos from designated SharePoint folders, ensuring relevance, brand alignment, and proper usage.
  • Review and validate creative materials to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and visual standards.
  • Support copywriting tasks, including proofreading and refinement of marketing messages.
3. Translation & Localization
  • Translate documents, presentations, and marketing materials between English and Japanese with high linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance.
  • Adapt website and presentation content to resonate with the local market while maintaining the brand’s tone and intent.
4. Campaign / Website / Event Performance Analysis
  • Monitor campaign, website, and event performance in collaboration with analytics‑focused team members.
  • Use tools such as Salesforce, Pardot, Google Analytics, and Semrush to analyze performance, support strategy building, and define targets.
  • Consolidate data from multiple sources and prepare comprehensive performance reports to evaluate success.
5. Process Optimization & Continuous Support
  • Document workflows and campaign/project processes to ensure consistency.
  • Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements to streamline operations.
  • Provide proactive, flexible support to meet evolving marketing needs.
Qualifications & Skills
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience
  • 1–2+ years of experience in marketing, including event coordination, campaign operations, localization, or marketing analytics.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels and campaign management tools.
  • Strong bilingual communication skills (English–Japanese).
Technical Skills
  • Basic understanding of marketing KPIs and data interpretation.
  • Familiarity with digital asset libraries, branding frameworks, and content workflows.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Pardot, Google Analytics, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while managing multiple requests.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
