Your new role
- Providing day‑to‑day administrative support to the Client Management team
- Coordinating internal and client‑facing events, visits, seminars, and meeting logistics
- Managing travel bookings, restaurant reservations, and preparation of client gifts/materials
- Handling expense claims, especially for senior leadership
- Maintaining client databases, records, and business card information
- Coordinating with other assistants during company-wide activities and events
What you'll need to succeed
- Assistant or administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Professionalism, reliability, and a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, shifting priorities, and tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English
- Experience arranging travel, meetings, and logistics
