The Head of Operations is responsible for building, leading, and optimizing operational strategy and execution. This role oversees daily operations, drives cross‑functional alignment, improves processes, and ensures organizational readiness as we scale. This leader will cultivate operational discipline, improve efficiency, and lead teams that deliver exceptional customer and business outcomes.


What you'll need to succeed

At least 7 years of experience in securities operations and preferably have some management experience

Native Japanese & Business English

Be able to work in a start-up environment and be a dependent, responsible worker handling your own work without supervision.
