Your new role
- Handle administrative tasks, internal applications, and reception duties
- Prepare meeting rooms and maintain general office upkeep
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and pantry refills
- Coordinate office operations such as fire drills and internal announcements
- Liaise with vendors regarding technology-related issues
What you'll need to succeed
- University degree
- Administrative experience (GA, EA, corporate admin, or reception)
- Strong organisational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Native-level Japanese; conversational English
