Your new role

As a Senior Logistics Analyst (Operational Excellence), you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives across the Japan logistics network. Your mission is to enhance operational performance, reduce costs, and implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. You will lead projects, facilitate training, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build a culture of operational excellence.
Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading Kaizen and Lean projects to improve efficiency.
  • Implementing and sustaining performance systems across the network.
  • Monitoring KPIs and driving measurable improvements.
  • Acting as a key liaison between logistics teams and regional stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in operational excellence or continuous improvement.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma (Green Belt preferred).
  • Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Business-level Japanese and English proficiency.
  • Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
