Your new role
As a TA Manager, your primary responsibility will be to manage various TA operation processes. Your responsibilities will include:
Develop recruitment plans and strategies, as well as managing new grad recruitment.
Evaluate necessary requirements (from candidate pool formation to selection process and acceptance rate improvement measures).
Manage relationships with multiple recruitment agencies and job sites.
Coordinate internal schedules and set up interviews, while preparing for interviews and briefing sessions.
Handle all tasks related to recruitment from application to offer.
Register data in
internal systems and applications as needed.
