Your new role

• Communicate with distributors regarding orders and enquiries
• Prepare and calculate forecasts for product demand
• Report regularly to the manager based overseas
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an accurate and timely information flow

What you'll need to succeed

• Native-level Japanese and business-level English
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
• Experience as a sales assistant or coordinator
• Background in import/export operations is a plus
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with global teams
