Your new role

• Develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with business objectives

What you'll need to succeed

• Native-level Japanese and business-level English
• HRBP experience
• Experience managing a small team
• Strong knowledge of TA strategy, performance management, ER, and engagement
• Excellent communication skills, flexibility, and problem-solving ability
