Your new role
- Develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with business objectives
- Oversee talent acquisition strategy
- Manage labour relations, employee engagement, and retention programs
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership and provide solutions for organisational challenges

What you'll need to succeed
- Native-level Japanese and business-level English
- HRBP experience
- Experience managing a small team
- Strong knowledge of TA strategy, performance management, ER, and engagement
- Excellent communication skills, flexibility, and problem-solving ability
