Your new role

  • Manage scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reports
  • Prepare and process client invoices
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Assist with document preparation and administrative tasks


What you'll need to succeed

  • 3+ years of experience as an administrative/executive assistant
  • Native-level Japanese and business-level English
