Your new role
- Assist in managing day-to-day customer service operations

- Support onboarding and training for new CS team members
- Monitor and report on operational performance metrics
- Contribute to process improvements for better customer experience
What you'll need to succeed
- Native-level Japanese and business-level English
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in customer service or operations support preferred
