Your new role

  • Manage scheduling, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
  • Handle correspondence and documentation in Japanese and English
  • Liaise with internal teams and global offices for administrative tasks
  • Assist with expense management and office operations


What you'll need to succeed

  • Native-level Japanese and business-level English
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new tools quickly
