Your new role
- Manage scheduling, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
- Handle correspondence and documentation in Japanese and English
- Liaise with internal teams and global offices for administrative tasks
- Assist with expense management and office operations
What you'll need to succeed
- Native-level Japanese and business-level English
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new tools quickly
