Your new role

• Lead strategic dialogue with institutional investors and analysts in Japan and overseas
• Develop and execute IR strategies aligned with the company’s growth phase.
• Prepare and manage quarterly disclosures and investor materials
• Share market insights with executives to influence business strategy
• Conduct strategic analysis of global SaaS companies and provide input to management

What you'll need to succeed

• Practical experience in investment banking or IR at a listed company/securities firm
• Business-level English proficiency and strong communication skills
• Solid understanding of accounting and finance fundamentals
• Passion for SaaS business and ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Strong analytical and storytelling skills to convey complex strategies effectively
