Your new role
- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Conduct in-depth inventory financial analysis.
- Develop and manage balance sheet and cash flow planning.
- Ensure full compliance with local accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Support internal and external audits, tax filings, and statutory reporting processes.
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, budgeting, reporting, and analysis.
- Fluency in Japanese and business-level English.
