Your new role

  • Lead full-cycle hiring for Japan and partner with related teams to support local hiring needs, adjust recruitment strategies
  • Manage overall talent acquisition process and drive regional sourcing initiatives
  • Manage recruitment database
  • Contribute to regional HR projects and process improvements

What you'll need to succeed

  • Fluent in Japanese, business level in English
  • 3+ years of TA experience
