Your new role
- Lead full-cycle hiring for Japan and partner with related teams to support local hiring needs, adjust recruitment strategies
- Manage overall talent acquisition process and drive regional sourcing initiatives
- Manage recruitment database
- Contribute to regional HR projects and process improvements
What you'll need to succeed
- Fluent in Japanese, business level in English
- 3+ years of TA experience
