A Tokyo-based SaaS startup is expanding globally and preparing for IPO. With a newly established U.S. subsidiary and rapid growth in demand, the company is seeking a CFO candidate to lead financial strategy and operations.

Your new role

• Drive financial strategy, capital policy, and risk management
• Lead fundraising, investor relations, and M&A analysis
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimisation
• Oversee accounting, tax strategy, and internal controls
• Build finance operations and lead team development

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in investment banking
• Strong financial planning and capital strategy skills
• Knowledge of management accounting and budgeting
• Interest in global expansion and regulatory-driven markets
• Self-driven mindset with remote work capability
