Senior Project Manager

International real estate business with Construction PM department, now seeking a Senior PM for office fit-out

Your new role
  • Lead multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Review and approve requisitions, change orders, payment applications, and other project-related financial documents
  • Select, negotiate, and manage contracts with consultants, vendors, and construction contractors.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations.
  • Support Project Managers and junior staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment
What you'll need to succeed
  • Degree in architecture, construction management, project management or similar
  • 10–15 yrs' construction/development industry experience
  • Proven track record in project/construction management with ability to deliver complex projects
  • Experience with projects in data centres, manufacturing facilities, logistics facilities, and large-scale developments
  • Strong stakeholder management and excellent communication, including business development, negotiation and conflict management skills
  • Native level Japanese and min business level English
