Your new role
- Provide operational and logistical support, including call handling, equipment coordination, and event arrangements
- Prepare sales reports and conduct data analysis, including year-over-year comparisons and pipeline insights.
- Manage pricing files, market evaluations, and demo equipment logistics for events and loaner programs
- Support marketing initiatives through lead data updates and coordination of seminars and workshops
- Identify process improvements and foster cross-functional collaboration across departments
What you'll need to succeed
- Proficiency in SAP BW and Salesforce modules preferred
- Strong analytical skills with business and numerical acumen
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
- Native-level Japanese proficiency
- Business-level English
- Positive attitude and team player
