They’re currently looking to hire a Strategic Growth Manager to lead business expansion efforts in the automotive sector across Japan and APAC.

This is a senior-level role focused on identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth through software solutions that power next-generation vehicle interfaces and systems.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a go-to-market strategy targeting automotive OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and technology partners. The role involves working closely with internal technical and product teams to shape compelling solutions and drive long-term client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Lead business development initiatives focused on embedded software and HMI technologies for automotive applications.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the automotive ecosystem.
Identify and qualify new business opportunities, manage deal pipelines, and close strategic partnerships.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align client needs with product capabilities.
Represent the company at industry events and forums to build visibility and generate leads.

Candidate Profile

7+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or solution sales within the automotive or embedded software domain.
Strong understanding of automotive software stacks, HMI development, and digital cockpit technologies.
Proven track record of managing complex sales cycles and closing high-value deals.
Fluent in Japanese and English, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
