Your new role
You will be responsible for a combination of FM & GA tasks, including:
Manage & streamline daily facility operations across 3 sites in Japan
Collaborate with outsourced staff to ensure vendor services and costs are effective.
Stakeholders support (with projects such as office renovations and layout changes.)
Support office lease contract management by working with landlords, property management companies, legal team, and overseas contract representatives.
GA tasks include: managing company vehicle leases and mobile phone contracts. You will report locally to the Facility Manager (Japanese) with some contact with the Japan CEO and overseas colleagues (in English).
What you'll need to succeed
Min 3yrs experience in Facility Management, or General Affairs (including facility management responsibilities)
Excellent communication skills and Basic PC skills
Japanese (fluent), English (business: reading and writing more important than speaking)
Experience working in a foreign company is a plus
