Your new role
Handle all tasks related to outsourced payroll, bonuses/incentives, year-end tax adjustments, retirement benefits, and attendance data/system management
Manage onboarding/offboarding procedures, labor-related filings, employee benefits, general affairs, and payment/invoice processing
Ensure accurate personnel recordkeeping, compliance with legal requirements, and maintain HR systems and data integrity
What you'll need to succeed
- Native level in Japanese, business level in English
- 5+ years of experience in payroll, attendance system, bonus, incentive, tax at a middle-sized company
