Your new role
Managing complex calendars, meetings, and travel logistics
Coordinating with global teams and handling high-level communications
Preparing materials for meetings and committees
Supporting the COO and Wealth Management Business Management with admin tasks
Processing invoices and maintaining filing systems
What you'll need to succeed
5+ years of Executive Assistant experience in finance or professional services
Strong Microsoft Office and MS Teams skills
Native-level Japanese and fluent English
Excellent judgment, multitasking ability, and communication skills
A confident, proactive approach and top-notch organizational skills
