Your new role
- Monitor and analyze labor time and leave data to identify issues and share improvement proposals
- Develop initiatives to reduce total working hours, based on legal research and industry benchmarks
- Plan and promote training programs to enhance internal understanding of labor laws
- Propose and implement updates to employment regulations in response to legal changes and organizational needs
What you'll need to succeed
- 2+ years of experience in large size company, 1 year of experience in HR
- Native level Japanese
