Your new role
The Senior Workplace Manager will report locally to the Director of Building Operations and Services (a bilingual Japanese national). You will be responsible for soft services (including reception, catering, concierge and admin), as well as workplace efficiency and layout. The role will mostly cover the company's offices, but will also be involved in relevant tasks with stores.What you'll need to succeed
A minimum of 8yrs experience in a relevant field (Facility Management, Workplace Services) in a corporate environment. Retail experience is useful, but not essential. A strong sense of hospitality and customer/client care is essential. Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management and fluency in Japanese and at least business level Japanese. Experience in workplace projects, such as space planning and reform would also be advantageous.
