Your new role
- Individual contributor role within a small, collaborative HRGA team
- Responsible for driving operational efficiency, digital transformation, and workplace safety
- Oversees facilities, contracts, vendor coordination, and general affairs services
- Supports manufacturing layout planning and supply management
- Engages in benefit services and guest-related logistics
- Participates in budget planning and cross-functional collaboration
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of GA experience
- Business-level English; basic legal, facility, and vendor management knowledge
- Strong ownership, adaptability, and communication skills
- Logical, data-driven mindset with high integrity
- Self-starter with collaborative spirit and curiosity for improvement
