Your new role

• Individual contributor role within a small, collaborative HRGA team
• Responsible for driving operational efficiency, digital transformation, and workplace safety
• Oversees facilities, contracts, vendor coordination, and general affairs services
• Supports manufacturing layout planning and supply management
• Engages in benefit services and guest-related logistics
• Participates in budget planning and cross-functional collaboration

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of GA experience
• Business-level English; basic legal, facility, and vendor management knowledge
• Strong ownership, adaptability, and communication skills
• Logical, data-driven mindset with high integrity
• Self-starter with collaborative spirit and curiosity for improvement
