Your new role
- Coordinate meetings, guest visits, and room bookings
- Support with purchase orders, payments, and logistics
- Arrange accommodations, gifts, and transport for VIPs
- Handle seasonal communications (e.g. thank-you letters, holiday cards)
- Provide interpretation for internal and external meetings
- Assist in preparing presentation materials for the President
What you'll need to succeed
- 2+ years’ experience in admin or support roles
- Business-level English & Japanese (French is a plus)
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
- Experience in interpretation (consecutive/simultaneous) preferred
- High attention to detail and professionalism
- Growth mindset with potential to move across divisions
