Your new role
Distributor & Revenue Growth: Strengthen distributor relationships, manage KPIs, and support sustainable sales with updated product info.
Market Expansion: Develop new business channels in China, including club stores and digital platforms, and build strategic partnerships.
Strategic Marketing & Negotiations: Lead pricing and contract talks, craft impactful trade stories, and optimise promotional efforts for ROI.
What you'll need to succeed
Passion for helping Japanese brands grow abroad, especially in China, with multicultural adaptability.
3+ years in cosmetics or FMCG sales, skilled in pricing and contract negotiations.
Fluent in English and Mandarin; Japanese optional with willingness to learn.
Global experience, travel readiness, and distributor relationship skills preferred.
