Your new role

• Support senior legal team with drafting and reviewing legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and assist in regulatory compliance
• Analyse laws and regulations relevant to renewable energy projects
• Coordinate with external counsel and third-party professionals
• Assist with legal operations, special projects, and cross-border matters
• Learn from mentors and adapt to evolving business needs

What you'll need to succeed

• LL.B. or equivalent from a recognised university
• 3–5 years of post-qualification experience (law firm or corporate)
• Native-level Japanese and business-level English
• Strong legal research, drafting, and compliance skills
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn
• Experience in project finance, M&A, or fund management (preferred)
