Your new role

As a Global Sourcing Sr. Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying trending products, sourcing suppliers overseas, and negotiating favourable terms. You’ll curate product assortments, manage supplier performance, and ensure smooth import operations in collaboration with logistics and compliance teams.

What you'll need to succeed

  • 8+ years of experience in buying or procurement, ideally in e-commerce or retail
  • Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
  • Expertise in global sourcing, product trends, and import regulations
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL)
  • Fluency in Chinese and English; Japanese or Korean is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
