You will be joining an innovative, fast‑growing pharmaceutical organisation preparing for the launch of its first commercial product. The company is entering a critical expansion phase and is strengthening its supply chain and production capabilities to support long‑term business growth.
This is a highly dynamic environment where you can influence how core operational functions are built from the ground up.

Your new role

• Designing production control and supply/demand management processes for a major product launch
• Managing external manufacturing partners (CMOs) and raw material suppliers
• Leading cost optimisation initiatives, including COGS analysis and procurement negotiation
• Establishing inventory strategies, demand forecasting, and production planning
• Managing and developing a newly formed production control team
• Partnering closely with senior leadership to align supply chain operations with business strategy

What you'll need to succeed

• 3+ years of experience in production control, supply/demand planning, or procurement within the pharmaceutical industry
• Experience managing external manufacturing partners (CMOs)
• Strong understanding of cost structures and demonstrated success in cost‑reduction initiatives
• Leadership capability to build new processes and act as a hands‑on manager
• Excellent cross‑functional communication and negotiation skills
• (Preferred) Product launch experience, ERP (e.g., SAP) knowledge, business‑level English, or logistics negotiation experience
