Your new role
- Design and manage HR policies, compensation, and benefits programs, including year-end planning aligned with performance-based pay
- Collaborate with related teams on position evaluations and compensation planning
- Conduct market benchmarking and surveys
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years in C&B role
- Native level in Japanese, business level in English
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, statistics is a plus
